Oils and waxes
I use a variety of blended oils and waxes for massage. My oils are blended and supplied by Just Aromatherapy and my waxes come from Songbird Naturals. The oils have a grapeseed oil base and the waxes have a beeswax base. In general an oil glides very easily and is therefore best suited to a gentler massage, whereas a wax is stickier and creates a bit more friction and is therefore better for a deeper massage.
