

About the bali room
The Bali Room aims to recreate the warm, nurturing atmosphere of my favorite Indonesian spas, providing a sanctuary where stress and anxiety can melt away and muscles can soften and move more freely.
I spent 28 years teaching in South East Asia, where I came to appreciate the restorative effects of massage. Now I'm keen to promote massage as a complementary therapy to help deal with conditions such as stress, anxiety and M.E, as well as muscular aches and pains.
Recently I've studied for a qualification in myofascial release therapy and I'm keen to integrate what I've learned into my practice. I've found the power of touch and the stillness of clients tuning inwards and focusing on themselves can have a very positive effect on health and well-being.
